<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idaed2c3df-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2108"><num value="2108">§ 2108.</num><heading> Annual report to Congress</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Secretary shall, on an annual basis, submit to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives a report that includes, with respect to the preceding 1-year period—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaed2c3e0-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2108/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the number and amount of food products regulated by the Food and Drug Administration imported into the United States, aggregated by country and type of food;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaed2c3e1-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2108/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> a listing of the number of Food and Drug Administration inspectors of imported food products referenced in paragraph (1) and the number of Food and Drug Administration inspections performed on such products; and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaed2c3e2-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2108/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> aggregated data on the findings of such inspections, including data related to violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act [<ref href="/us/usc/t21/s301">21 U.S.C. 301</ref> et seq.], and enforcement actions used to follow-up on such findings and violations.</content>
