<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Nothing in this chapter (or an amendment made by this chapter) shall be construed to affect—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id41dead99-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2110/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the regulation of dietary supplements under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (<ref href="/us/pl/103/417">Public Law 103–417</ref>); or</content>
