The inspectors shall assess practices and processes used in connection with the farming, cultivation, harvesting, preparation for market, or transportation of such seafood and may provide technical assistance related to such activities.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"idaed5356c-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2241/2\"><num value=\"2\" class=\"bold\">(2)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Inspection report</heading><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"idaed5356d-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2241/2/A\"><num value=\"A\" class=\"bold\">(A)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> In general</heading><chapeau>The Secretary of Health and Human Services, in coordination with the Secretary of Commerce, shall—</chapeau><clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idaed5356e-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2241/2/A/i\"><num value=\"i\">(i)</num><content> prepare an inspection report for each inspection conducted under paragraph (1);</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idaed5356f-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2241/2/A/ii\"><num value=\"ii\">(ii)</num><content> provide the report to the country or exporter that is the subject of the report; and</content>\n</clause>\n<clause style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idaed53570-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2241/2/A/iii\"><num value=\"iii\">(iii)</num><content> provide a 30-day period during which the country or exporter may provide a rebuttal or other comments on the findings of the report to the Secretary of Health and Human Services.</content>\n</clause>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"idaed53571-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2241/2/B\"><num value=\"B\" class=\"bold\">(B)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Distribution and use of report</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall consider the inspection reports described in subparagraph (A) in distributing inspection resources under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t21/s350j\">section 350j of this title</ref>.</p>\n</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"idaed53572-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/111/353/tIII\">Pub.
