authorities</heading>\n<chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"blockIndent0\">Nothing in this Act, or an amendment made by this Act, shall be construed to—</chapeau><paragraph class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1e53add6-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> alter the jurisdiction between the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, under applicable statutes, regulations, or agreements regarding voluntary inspection of non-amenable species under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s1621\">7 U.S.C. 1621</ref> et seq.);</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1e53add7-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> alter the jurisdiction between the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, under applicable statutes and regulations;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1e53add8-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><chapeau> limit the authority of the Secretary of Health and Human Services under—</chapeau><subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53add9-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/3/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t21/s301\">21 U.S.C. 301</ref> et seq.) as in effect on the day before <date date=\"2011-01-04\">January 4, 2011</date>; or</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53adda-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/3/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the Public Health Service Act [<ref href=\"/us/usc/t42/s201\">42 U.S.C. 201</ref> et seq.] as in effect on the day before <date date=\"2011-01-04\">January 4, 2011</date>;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1e53addb-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><chapeau> alter or limit the authority of the Secretary of Agriculture under the laws administered by such Secretary, including—</chapeau><subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4ec-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the Federal Meat Inspection Act (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t21/s601\">21 U.S.C. 601</ref> et seq.);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4ed-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the Poultry Products Inspection Act (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t21/s451\">21 U.S.C. 451</ref> et seq.);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4ee-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> the Egg Products Inspection Act (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t21/s1031\">21 U.S.C. 1031</ref> et seq.);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4ef-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/D\"><num value=\"D\">(D)</num><content> the United States Grain Standards Act (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s71\">7 U.S.C. 71</ref> et seq.);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4f0-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/E\"><num value=\"E\">(E)</num><content> the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921 (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s181\">7 U.S.C. 181</ref> et seq.);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4f1-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/F\"><num value=\"F\">(F)</num><content> the United States Warehouse Act (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s241\">7 U.S.C. 241</ref> et seq.);</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4f2-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/G\"><num value=\"G\">(G)</num><content> the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s1621\">7 U.S.C. 1621</ref> et seq.); and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1e53d4f3-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2251/4/H\"><num value=\"H\">(H)</num><content> the Agricultural Adjustment Act (<ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s601\">7 U.S.C. 601</ref> et seq.), reenacted with the amendments made by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937;
