App.)) and a court reviews the finding or the imposition of the prohibition, condition, or penalty, the President may submit such information to the court ex parte and in camera.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id7e08e96c-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2315/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Rule of construction</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Nothing in this section shall be construed—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id7e08e96d-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> to confer or imply any right to judicial review of any finding under this subchapter, or any prohibition, condition, or penalty imposed as a result of any such finding; or</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id7e09107e-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><chapeau> to limit or restrict any other practice, procedure, right, remedy, or safeguard that—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id7e09107f-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/2/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> relates to the protection of classified information; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id7e091080-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/2/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> is available to the United States in connection with any type of administrative hearing, litigation, or other proceeding.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id7e091081-81bc-11eb-b838-b6993269d559\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/116/92/dF/tLXXII/s7215\">Pub.
