<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idaeb6f890-6f68-11ea-8ef0-e3d83a473c96" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2315"><num value="2315">§ 2315.</num><heading> Procedures for judicial review of classified information</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaeb6f891-6f68-11ea-8ef0-e3d83a473c96" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2315/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">If a finding under this subchapter, or a prohibition, condition, or penalty imposed as a result of any such finding, is based on classified information (as defined in section 1(a) of the Classified Information Procedures Act (18 U.S.C. App.)) and a court reviews the finding or the imposition of the prohibition, condition, or penalty, the President may submit such information to the court ex parte and in camera.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaeb6f892-6f68-11ea-8ef0-e3d83a473c96" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2315/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Rule of construction</heading><chapeau>Nothing in this section shall be construed—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaeb6f893-6f68-11ea-8ef0-e3d83a473c96" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> to confer or imply any right to judicial review of any finding under this subchapter, or any prohibition, condition, or penalty imposed as a result of any such finding; or</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaeb71fa4-6f68-11ea-8ef0-e3d83a473c96" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><chapeau> to limit or restrict any other practice, procedure, right, remedy, or safeguard that—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="idaeb71fa5-6f68-11ea-8ef0-e3d83a473c96" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/2/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> relates to the protection of classified information; and</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="idaeb71fa6-6f68-11ea-8ef0-e3d83a473c96" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s2315/b/2/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> is available to the United States in connection with any type of administrative hearing, litigation, or other proceeding.</content>
