<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="blockIndent1">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for purposes of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t21/s301">21 U.S.C. 301</ref> et seq.)—</chapeau><subparagraph class="indent2" id="id1bb66e43-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s321d/a/1/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> the term “catfish” may only be considered to be a common or usual name (or part thereof) for fish classified within the family Ictaluridae; and</content>
