<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" id="id1ce06f60-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s379d"><num value="379d">§ 379d.</num><heading> Automation of Food and Drug Administration</heading><subsection class="indent0" id="id1ce06f61-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s379d/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><heading> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Secretary, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, shall automate appropriate activities of the Food and Drug Administration to ensure timely review of activities regulated under this chapter.</p>
