<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" id="id1dd9c312-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s864"><num value="864">§ 864.</num><heading> Anhydrous ammonia</heading><subsection class="indent0" id="id1dd9c313-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s864/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><chapeau> It is unlawful for any person—</chapeau><paragraph class="indent1" id="id1dd9ea24-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s864/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> to steal anhydrous ammonia, or</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="indent1" id="id1dd9ea25-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s864/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> to transport stolen anhydrous ammonia across State lines,</content>
</paragraph>

<continuation style="-uslm-lc:I10" class="indent0">knowing, intending, or having reasonable cause to believe that such anhydrous ammonia will be used to manufacture a controlled substance in violation of this part.</continuation>
</subsection>
<subsection class="indent0" id="id1dd9ea26-f63b-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t21/s864/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be imprisoned or fined, or both, in accordance with <ref href="/us/usc/t21/s843/d">section 843(d) of this title</ref> as if such violation were a violation of a provision of <ref href="/us/usc/t21/s843">section 843 of this title</ref>.</content>
