<p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Supreme Court may fix the fees to be charged by its clerk.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The fees of the clerk, cost of serving process, and other necessary disbursements incidental to any case before the court, may be taxed against the litigants as the court directs.</p>
