The substituted language is sufficient. (See reviser’s note under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t28/s1359\">section 1359 of this title</ref>.) The provisions of <ref href=\"/us/usc/t28/s80\">section 80 of title 28</ref>, U.S.C., 1940 ed., relating to dismissal for improper or collusive joinder in removal proceedings, are incorporated in <ref href=\"/us/usc/t28/s1359\">section 1359 of this title</ref>.
