<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id2a98ece8-56ae-11e3-a050-c6d294ef27da" identifier="/us/usc/t28/s1926"><num value="1926">§ 1926.</num><heading> Court of Federal Claims</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id2a98ece9-56ae-11e3-a050-c6d294ef27da" identifier="/us/usc/t28/s1926/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><content> The Judicial Conference of the United States shall prescribe from time to time the fees and costs to be charged and collected in the United States Court of Federal Claims.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id2a98ecea-56ae-11e3-a050-c6d294ef27da" identifier="/us/usc/t28/s1926/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> The court and its officers shall collect only such fees and costs as the Judicial Conference prescribes. The court may require advance payment of fees by rule.</content>
