L. 90–83</ref>, § 6(c), <date date=\"1967-09-11\">Sept. 11, 1967</date>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/81/221\">81 Stat. 221</ref>, specified certain types of notarized statements that might be used in support of an application for an Exemplary Rehabilitation Certificate, and provided for independent investigations by Secretary of Labor and personal appearances by applicant or appearance by counsel before Secretary.</p>\n</note>\n<note topic=\"removalDescription\" id=\"ide4b44190-ec38-11e5-9b13-fe198756e8a8\">\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 604, <ref href=\"/us/pl/90/83\">Pub. L. 90–83</ref>, § 6(d), <date date=\"1967-09-11\">Sept. 11, 1967</date>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/81/221\">81 Stat. 221</ref>, provided that no benefits under any laws of United States (including but not limited to those relating to pensions, compensation, hospitalization, military pay and allowances, education, loan guarantees, retired pay, or other benefits based on military service) accrue to any person to whom an Exemplary Rehabilitation Certificate was issued under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t29/s602\">section 602 of this title</ref> unless he would have been entitled to those benefits under his original discharge or dismissal.</p>\n</note>\n<note topic=\"removalDescription\" id=\"ide4b44191-ec38-11e5-9b13-fe198756e8a8\">\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 605, <ref href=\"/us/pl/90/83\">Pub.
