Earned parts of those amounts shall be transferred and credited to the appropriate receipt fund accounts.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id2236cd6d-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s1323/c\"><num value=\"c\">(c)</num><chapeau> Donations, quasi-public amounts, and unearned amounts shall be deposited in the Treasury as trust funds and are appropriated for disbursement under the terms of the trusts when the donation or amount is—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id2236cd6e-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s1323/c/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> administered by officers and employees of the United States Government; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id2236cd6f-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s1323/c/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> carried in checking accounts of disbursing officials or others required to account to the Comptroller General (except clerks and marshals of the United States district courts).</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id2236cd70-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/97/258\">Pub.
