The officer or employee shall be suspended for at least one month, and when circumstances warrant, for a longer period or summarily removed from office.</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id223dfa21-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/97/258\">Pub.
