<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id651f008f-09a0-11eb-aef4-a3bf4c466baf" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s3562"><num value="3562">§ 3562.</num><heading> Disposition of recovered funds</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id651f0090-09a0-11eb-aef4-a3bf4c466baf" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s3562/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Availability of Funds for Recovery Audits and Activities Program</inline>.—</heading><content>Funds collected under a program carried out by an executive agency under <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s3352/i">section 3352(i) of this title</ref> shall be available to the executive agency to reimburse the actual expenses incurred by the executive agency in the administration of the program.</content>

(a) was to continue in effect, with certain exceptions related to programs carried out under <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s3561">section 3561 of this title</ref>. Prior to amendment, in addition to subsec. (a), section contained subsecs. (b) and (c) which related to treatment of funds not used for programs under <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s3561">section 3561 of this title</ref> and priority of other authorized dispositions, respectively.</p>
