An impression shall be provided—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id22dafd6e-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s5144/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><chapeau> at the request of—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id22dafd6f-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s5144/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> a member of Congress;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id22dafd70-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s5144/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> a head of an agency;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id22dafd71-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s5144/1/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> an art association; or</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id22dafd72-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s5144/1/D\"><num value=\"D\">(D)</num><content> a library; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id22dafd73-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s5144/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> for a charge and under conditions the Secretary decides are necessary to protect the public interest.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id22dafd74-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/97/258\">Pub. The words “in the possession” are substituted for “which is now, or may be a part of the engraved stock” to eliminate unnecessary words. The words “An impression shall be provided” are added because of the restatement. In clause (1)(A), the words “member of Congress” are substituted for “Senator, Representative, or Delegate in Congress” for consistency. In clause (1)(B), the word “agency” is substituted for “department or bureau” because of section 101 of the revised title and for consistency in the revised title.
