<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id23036c72-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103"><num value="6103">§ 6103.</num><heading> Access to computer information system</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id23036c73-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><chapeau> The Administrator shall maintain a computerized information system providing access to—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id23036c74-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the information described in paragraphs (1), (2), (5), (6), and (7) of <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s6102/a">section 6102(a) of this title</ref>; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id23036c75-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> such portions or summaries, as the Administrator considers appropriate, of the information described in paragraphs (3) and (4) of such section.</content>

</subsection>
<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id23036c76-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> To the greatest extent practicable, the Administrator shall provide for the widespread availability of the information by available computer terminals.</content>
</subsection>
<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id23036c77-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/c"><num value="c">(c)</num><chapeau> When the Administrator decides the efficiency of the information system under subsection (a) of this section requires it, the Administrator may make contracts with private organizations to obtain computer time-sharing services, including—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id23036c78-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/c/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> computer telecommunications networks;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id23036c79-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/c/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> computer software; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id23036c7a-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s6103/c/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> associated services.</content>
