§ 6906. Funding\nFor fiscal year 2019—(1) each county or other eligible unit of local government shall be entitled to payment under this chapter; and\n\n(2) sums shall be made available to the Secretary of the Interior for obligation or expenditure in accordance with this chapter.\n\n(Pub. Pub. L. 116–94, div. D, title I, § 115, Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 2714, provided that: “Section 6906 of title 31, United States Code, shall be applied by substituting ‘fiscal year 2020’ for ‘fiscal year 2019’.”\n
