<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id21e5c7cc-3bf5-11e3-9fd0-985dd9cd422a" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s704/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> A copy of a record and a transcript from a record or proceeding of the Comptroller General, that the Comptroller General or Deputy Comptroller General certifies under seal, shall be admitted as evidence with the same effect as a copy or transcript referred to in <ref href="/us/usc/t28/s1733">section 1733 of title 28</ref>.</content>
