<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id6fbf1d2a-b854-11e9-b72c-a5fb66e51517" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s721"><num value="721">§ 721.</num><heading> Access to certain information</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id6fbf1d2b-b854-11e9-b72c-a5fb66e51517" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s721/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><content> No provision of the Social Security Act, including section 453(<i>l</i>) of that Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s653">42 U.S.C. 653</ref>(<i>l</i>)), shall be construed to limit, amend, or supersede the authority of the Comptroller General to obtain any information or to inspect any record under <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s716">section 716 of this title</ref>.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id6fbf1d2c-b854-11e9-b72c-a5fb66e51517" identifier="/us/usc/t31/s721/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> The specific reference to a statute in subsection (a) shall not be construed to affect access by the Government Accountability Office to information under statutes that are not so referenced.</content>
