value=\"9101\">§ 9101.</num><heading> Definitions</heading>\n<chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">In this chapter—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idee3e17d7-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> “Government corporation” means a mixed-ownership Government corporation and a wholly owned Government corporation.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idee3e17d8-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><chapeau> “mixed-ownership Government corporation” means—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17d9-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the Central Bank for Cooperatives.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17da-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17db-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> the Federal Home Loan Banks.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17dc-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/D\"><num value=\"D\">(D)</num><content> the Federal Intermediate Credit Banks.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17dd-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/E\"><num value=\"E\">(E)</num><content> the Federal Land Banks.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17de-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/F\"><num value=\"F\">(F)</num><content> the National Credit Union Administration Central Liquidity Facility.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17df-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/G\"><num value=\"G\">(G)</num><content> the Regional Banks for Cooperatives.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e0-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/H\"><num value=\"H\">(H)</num><content> the Financing Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e1-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/I\"><num value=\"I\">(I)</num><content> the Resolution Trust Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e2-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/2/J\"><num value=\"J\">(J)</num><content> the Resolution Funding Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idee3e17e3-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><chapeau> “wholly owned Government corporation” means—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e4-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the Commodity Credit Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e5-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e6-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> the Export-Import Bank of the United States.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e7-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/D\"><num value=\"D\">(D)</num><content> the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e8-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/E\"><num value=\"E\">(E)</num><content> Federal Prison Industries, Incorporated.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17e9-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/F\"><num value=\"F\">(F)</num><content> the Corporation for National and Community Service.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17ea-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/G\"><num value=\"G\">(G)</num><content> the Government National Mortgage Association.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17eb-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/H\"><num value=\"H\">(H)</num><content> the United States International Development Finance Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17ec-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/I\"><num value=\"I\">(I)</num><content> the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17ed-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/J\"><num value=\"J\">(J)</num><content> the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17ee-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/K\"><num value=\"K\">(K)</num><content> the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17ef-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/L\"><num value=\"L\">(L)</num><content> the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development when carrying out duties and powers related to the Federal Housing Administration Fund.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17f0-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/M\"><num value=\"M\">(M)</num><content> the Tennessee Valley Authority.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17f1-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/N\"><num value=\"N\">(N)</num><content> the Panama Canal Commission.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17f2-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/O\"><num value=\"O\">(O)</num><content> the Millennium Challenge Corporation.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idee3e17f3-6f68-11ea-8e81-d8fa1c0939e8\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t31/s9101/3/P\"><num value=\"P\">(P)</num><content> the International Clean Energy
