<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The following shall be covered into the Treasury:</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idcb936fed-188b-11eb-b4f6-f3f78abd20cb" identifier="/us/usc/t32/s712/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> The proceeds from sales of condemned stores issued to the National Guard of a State, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, and not charged against its allotment.</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idcb936fee-188b-11eb-b4f6-f3f78abd20cb" identifier="/us/usc/t32/s712/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> The net proceeds from collections made from any person to reimburse the United States for the loss or destruction of, or damage to, property described in clause (1).</content>
