This section shall apply to any such project authorized (A) under section 201 of the Flood Control Act of 1965 [<ref href=\"/us/usc/t42/s1962d–5\">42 U.S.C. 1962d–5</ref>], (B) under section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 [<ref href=\"/us/usc/t33/s577\">33 U.S.C. 577</ref>], (C) between <date date=\"1970-01-01\">January 1, 1970</date>, and <date date=\"1970-12-31\">December 31, 1970</date>, under authority of this Act, and to projects heretofore authorized in accordance with the policy set forth in the preceding sentence and to such projects authorized in this Act or which are hereafter authorized.</p>\n</content><sourceCredit id=\"idaf902a05-0612-11ea-8fdb-f04562b75a90\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/91/611/tI/s103\">Pub.
