<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Where—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26fd0895-f67d-11e5-9f42-c848129ffd38" identifier="/us/usc/t33/s772/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> any employee of the Lighthouse Service has died or shall hereafter die from non-service-connected causes after fifteen or more years of employment in such service, and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26fd0896-f67d-11e5-9f42-c848129ffd38" identifier="/us/usc/t33/s772/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> the surviving spouse of the employee has not since remarried,</content>

<continuation style="-uslm-lc:I10" class="indent0 firstIndent0">the surviving spouse, so long as the surviving spouse does not marry, shall be paid $100 per month by the Secretary of Transportation.</continuation>
