<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id151d3554-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s10366"><num value="10366">§ 10366.</num><heading> Evaluation</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id151d3555-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s10366/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id151d3556-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s10366/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> Each State and local entity that receives a grant under this subchapter shall submit to the Director an evaluation not later than March 1 of each year in accordance with guidelines issued by the Director and in consultation with the Director of the National Institute of Justice.</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id151d3557-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s10366/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> The Director may waive the requirement specified in subsection (a) if the Director determines that such evaluation is not warranted in the case of the State or local entity involved.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id151d3558-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s10366/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Distribution</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Director shall make available to the public on a timely basis evaluations received under subsection (a).</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id151d3559-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s10366/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Administrative costs</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">A State or local entity may use not more than 5 percent of the funds it receives under this subchapter to develop an evaluation program under this section.</p>
