<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id15499ce7-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s11297"><num value="11297">§ 11297.</num><heading> Authorization of appropriations</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id15499ce8-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s11297/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">To carry out the provisions of this subchapter, there are authorized to be appropriated $40,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2014 through 2023, up to $32,200,000 of which shall be used to carry out <ref href="/us/usc/t34/s11293/b">section 11293(b) of this title</ref> for each such fiscal year.</p>
