and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id268f131f-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s12223/b/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> statistical information in such form and containing such information that the Attorney General may require.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id268f1320-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s12223/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Comprehensive plan</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Each applicant shall include a comprehensive plan that shall contain—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id268f1321-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s12223/c/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> a description of the youth violence or child abuse crime problem;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id268f1322-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s12223/c/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> an action plan outlining how the applicant will achieve the purposes as described in <ref href=\"/us/usc/t34/s12222\">section 12222 of this title</ref>;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id268f1323-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s12223/c/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> a description of the resources available in the community to implement the plan together with a description of the gaps in the plan that cannot be filled with existing resources;
