<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id6056a384-1502-11ea-8c2e-e6386ce3c767" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s12261/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Use of State facilities</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">At the discretion of the Attorney General, Federal participants may be placed in State projects as defined in subpart 1. For such participants, the Attorney General shall, with funds available under section 13883(b)(2) <sup>1</sup> of title 42, reimburse the State for all project costs related to the Federal participant’s placement, including administrative costs.</p>
