L. 109–162, § 1135(a)</ref>, which directed an amendment substantially identical to that directed by <ref href=\"/us/pl/109/162/s3/b/1\">Pub. L. 109–162, § 3(b)(1)</ref>, was repealed by <ref href=\"/us/pl/109/271\">Pub. L. 109–271</ref>.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\"><ref href=\"/us/pl/109/162/s3/b/1\">Pub. L. 109–162, § 3(b)(1)</ref>, which directed the substitution of “Each even-numbered fiscal year, the Attorney General shall submit to the Congress a biennial report that provides” for “The Attorney General shall submit to the Congress an annual report, beginning 1 year after <date date=\"1994-09-13\">September 13, 1994</date>, that provides”, was executed by making the substitution for “The Attorney General shall submit to the Congress an annual report, beginning one year after <date date=\"1994-09-13\">September 13, 1994</date>, that provides”, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.</p>\n</note>\n<note style=\"-uslm-lc:I74\" topic=\"miscellaneous\" id=\"id1558b7fd-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\"><heading class=\"centered smallCaps\">Report Relating to Stalking Laws</heading><p><ref href=\"/us/pl/105/119/tI/s115/b/2\">Pub.
