<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The purposes of this part are to—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id155e5d05-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s12551/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> address violent crime by increasing the number of police with advanced education and training on community patrol; and</content>
