Probably should be section “12556”.</note> of this title.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" role=\"listItem\" class=\"indent1\">“State” means a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" role=\"listItem\" class=\"indent1\">“State Police Corps program” means a State police corps program that meets the requirements of <ref href=\"/us/usc/t34/s12559\">section 12559 of this title</ref>.</p>\n</content><sourceCredit id=\"id606178fa-1502-11ea-8c2e-e6386ce3c767\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/103/322/tXX/s200103\">Pub.
