<ref href=\"/us/stat/108/1902\">108 Stat. 1902</ref>), the Violence Against Women Act of 2000 (division B of <ref href=\"/us/pl/106/386\">Public Law 106–386</ref>; <ref href=\"/us/stat/114/1491\">114 Stat. 1491</ref>), and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id26b44e0f-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Recommendations</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">During consultations under subsection (a), the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of the Interior, and the Attorney General shall solicit recommendations from Indian tribes concerning—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id26b44e10-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> administering tribal funds and programs;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id26b44e11-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> enhancing the safety of Indian women from domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, homicide, stalking, and sex trafficking;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id26b44e12-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/b/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> strengthening the Federal response to such violent crimes; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id26b44e13-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/b/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> improving access to local, regional, State, and Federal crime information databases and criminal justice information systems.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id26b44e14-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Annual report</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">The Attorney General shall submit to Congress an annual report on the annual consultations required under subsection (a) that—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id26b44e15-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/c/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> contains the recommendations made under subsection (b) by Indian tribes during the year covered by the report;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id26b44e16-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/c/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> describes actions taken during the year covered by the report to respond to recommendations made under subsection (b) during the year or a previous year; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id26b44e17-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/c/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> describes how the Attorney General will work in coordination and collaboration with Indian tribes, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of the Interior to address the recommendations made under subsection (b).</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id26b44e18-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20126/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Notice</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Not later than 120 days before the date of a consultation under subsection (a), the Attorney General shall notify tribal leaders of the date, time, and location of the consultation.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id26b44e19-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/109/162/tIX/s903\">Pub.
