<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id26c84b13-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20903"><num value="20903">§ 20903.</num><heading> Tribal registry</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id26c84b14-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20903/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> Establishment</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Attorney General shall contract with any interested Indian tribe, tribal organization, or tribal nonprofit organization to develop and maintain—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26c84b15-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20903/1/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> a national tribal sex offender registry; and</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26c84b16-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20903/1/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> a tribal protection order registry containing civil and criminal orders of protection issued by Indian tribes and participating jurisdictions.</content>
