The database shall be known as the National Sex Offender Registry.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id1576c706-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20921/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Electronic forwarding</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">The Attorney General shall ensure (through the National Sex Offender Registry or otherwise) that updated information about a sex offender is immediately transmitted by electronic forwarding to all relevant jurisdictions.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id1576c707-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/109/248/tI/s119\">Pub.
