<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id26cc42ba-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20925"><num value="20925">§ 20925.</num><heading> Development and availability of registry management and website software</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id26cc42bb-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20925/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Duty to develop and support</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Attorney General shall, in consultation with the jurisdictions, develop and support software to enable jurisdictions to establish and operate uniform sex offender registries and Internet sites.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id26cc42bc-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20925/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Criteria</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The software should facilitate—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26cc42bd-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20925/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> immediate exchange of information among jurisdictions;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26cc42be-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20925/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> public access over the Internet to appropriate information, including the number of registered sex offenders in each jurisdiction on a current basis;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26cc42bf-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20925/b/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> full compliance with the requirements of this subchapter; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26cc42c0-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s20925/b/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> communication of information to community notification program participants as required under <ref href="/us/usc/t34/s20923">section 20923 of this title</ref>.</content>
