For the purposes of <ref href=\"/us/usc/t28/s566/e/1/B\">section 566(e)(1)(B) of title 28</ref>, a sex offender who violates a sex offender registration requirement shall be deemed a fugitive.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id1577b1d8-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s20941/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Authorization of appropriations</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2007 through 2009 to implement this section.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id1577b1d9-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/109/248/tI/s142\">Pub.
