§ 21117. Authorization of appropriations(a) In generalThere are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—(1) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;\n\n(2) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2010;\n\n(3) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2011;\n\n(4) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2012;\n\n(5) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2013 11 So in original. Probably should be followed by a semicolon.\n\n(6) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2014;\n\n(7) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2015;\n\n(8) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;\n\n(9) $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; and\n\n(10) $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022.\n\n\n(b) Availability

Funds appropriated under subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.
