<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id26e04058-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s21507"><num value="21507">§ 21507.</num><heading> Implementation plan</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id26e04059-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s21507/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than 90 days after <date date="2016-02-08">February 8, 2016</date>, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Secretary of State, and the Attorney General shall develop a process by which to implement <ref href="/us/usc/t34/s21503/e/5">section 21503(e)(5) of this title</ref> and the provisions of <ref href="/us/usc/t22/s212b">section 212b of title 22</ref>.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id26e0405a-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s21507/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Reporting requirement</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than 90 days after <date date="2016-02-08">February 8, 2016</date>, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Secretary of State, and the Attorney General shall jointly submit a report to, and shall consult with, the appropriate congressional committees on the process developed under subsection (a), which shall include a description of the proposed process and a timeline and plan for implementation of that process, and shall identify the resources required to effectively implement that process.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id26e0405b-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s21507/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> “Appropriate congressional committees” defined</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">In this section, the term “appropriate congressional committees” means—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26e0676c-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s21507/c/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate;</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id26e0676d-0f21-11eb-9212-a1a9175aa019" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s21507/c/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives;</content>
