This report shall be available to the Director of the Bureau of Justice Statistics.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I79\" class=\"indent3 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id158127b5-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s30304/b/2\"><num value=\"2\" class=\"bold\">(2)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Contents</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\">The report required under paragraph (1) shall summarize the activities of the Department of Justice regarding prison rape abatement for the preceding calendar year.</p>\n</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id158127b6-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t34/s30304/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Authorization of appropriations</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">There are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2004 through 2010 to carry out this section.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id158127b7-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/108/79/s5\">Pub.
