<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id158bd5b5-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s40727/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Authorization of appropriations</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">There are authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021 to carry out this section.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id158bd5b6-8160-11e9-8f35-c624b526f388" identifier="/us/usc/t34/s40727/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> State defined</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">For purposes of this section, the term “State” means a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.</p>
