<p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">For fiscal year 1990 and hereafter the Chief, United States National Central Bureau, INTERPOL, may establish and collect fees to process name checks and background records for noncriminal employment, licensing, and humanitarian purposes and, notwithstanding the provisions of <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s3302">section 3302 of title 31</ref>, credit such fees to this appropriation to be used for salaries and other expenses incurred in providing these services.</p>
