<p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Beginning one hundred and twenty days after <date date="1984-05-21">May 21, 1984</date>, and every year thereafter, the Attorney General shall report to the Congress on prosecutions, convictions, and forfeitures under chapter 110 of title 18.</p>
