<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The President is requested to issue each year a proclamation—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id0e40aeab-b489-11e9-9380-8b25b7636ccf" identifier="/us/usc/t36/s101/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> designating February as American Heart Month;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id0e40aeac-b489-11e9-9380-8b25b7636ccf" identifier="/us/usc/t36/s101/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> inviting the chief executive officers of the States, territories, and possessions of the United States to issue proclamations designating February as American Heart Month; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id0e40d5bd-b489-11e9-9380-8b25b7636ccf" identifier="/us/usc/t36/s101/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> urging the people of the United States to recognize the nationwide problem of heart and blood vessel diseases and to support all essential programs required to solve the problem.</content>
