Short Title of 2016 Amendment[Pub. L. 114–240, § 1], Oct. 7, 2016, [130 Stat. 974], provided that: “This Act [enacting [section 145 of this title]] may be cited as the ‘Veterans Day Moment of Silence Act’.”

Short Title of 1998 Amendment[Pub. L. 105–277, div.
