The provision of such information under this subsection shall be in accordance with such mutually agreeable terms and conditions, including reimbursability, as the Postal Service and the Secretary of Commerce shall deem appropriate.</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id5d65de9a-f67d-11e5-a720-a8daa19d8b66\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/91/375\">Pub.
