<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idf0cdfc01-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631" identifier="/us/usc/t40/s15305"><num value="15305">§ 15305.</num><heading> Meetings</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="idf0cdfc02-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631" identifier="/us/usc/t40/s15305/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Initial Meeting</inline>.—</heading><content>Each Commission shall hold an initial meeting not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this section.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="idf0ce2313-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631" identifier="/us/usc/t40/s15305/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Annual Meeting</inline>.—</heading><content>Each Commission shall conduct at least 1 meeting each year with the Federal Cochairperson and at least a majority of the State members present.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="idf0ce2314-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631" identifier="/us/usc/t40/s15305/c"><num value="c">(c)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Additional Meetings</inline>.—</heading><content>Each Commission shall conduct additional meetings at such times as it determines and may conduct such meetings by electronic means.</content>
