<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id38f69948-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41" identifier="/us/usc/t40/s17309/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Providing Information</inline>.—</heading><content>To carry out subsection (a), the Secretary may require a person making a shipment of valuables or a claim for replacement to make a declaration or to provide other information the Secretary considers necessary.</content>
