Probably should be “Federal Citizen Services Fund”.</note></heading><subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf089a00e-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/a\"><num value=\"a\">(a)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Existence</inline>.—</heading><content>There is in the Treasury a Federal Citizen Services Fund, General Services Administration, for the purpose of disseminating Federal Government information to the public and for other related purposes.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf089c71f-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Deposits</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>Money shall be deposited into the Fund from—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idf089c720-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> appropriations from the Treasury for Federal Citizen Services activities;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idf089c721-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> user fees from the public;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idf089c722-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/b/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> reimbursements from other federal agencies for costs of distributing publications; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idf089c723-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/b/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> any other income incident to Center <ref class=\"footnoteRef\" idref=\"fn002004\">2</ref><note type=\"footnote\" id=\"fn002004\"><num>2</num> So in original. See 2009 Amendment notes below.</note> activities.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf089c724-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/c\"><num value=\"c\">(c)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Expenditures</inline>.—</heading><content>Money deposited into the Fund is available for expenditure for Center <sup>2</sup> activities in amounts specified in appropriation laws. The Fund shall assume all liabilities, obligations, and commitments of the Center <sup>2</sup> account.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf089c725-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/d\"><num value=\"d\">(d)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Unobligated Balances</inline>.—</heading><content>Any unobligated balances at the end of a fiscal year remain in the Fund and are available for authorization in appropriation laws for subsequent fiscal years.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf089c726-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s323/e\"><num value=\"e\">(e)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Gift Account</inline>.—</heading><content>The Center <sup>2</sup> may accept and deposit to this account gifts for purposes of defraying the costs of printing, publishing, and distributing consumer information and educational materials and undertaking other consumer information activities.
