and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idf09a8f80-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/a/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><chapeau> not later than September 30, submit the list to—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idf09a8f81-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/a/2/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idf09ab692-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/a/2/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform of the House of Representatives.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf09ab693-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Voluntary Identification of Postal Property</inline>.—</heading><content>Each year, the Postmaster General may submit the list under subsection (a) to the Council.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf09ab694-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/c\"><num value=\"c\">(c)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Submission of List of Postal Properties to Federal Agencies.—</inline></heading><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idf09ab695-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/c/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">In general</inline>.—</heading><content>Not later than 30 days after the completion of a list under subsection (a), the Council shall provide the list to each Federal agency.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idf09ab696-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/c/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Review by federal agencies</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>Not later than 90 days after the receipt of the list submitted under paragraph (1), each Federal agency shall—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idf09ab697-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/c/2/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> review the list;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idf09ab698-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/c/2/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> review properties under the control of the Federal agency; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"idf09ab699-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/c/2/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> recommend collocations if appropriate.</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf09ab69a-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/d\"><num value=\"d\">(d)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Terms of Collocation</inline>.—</heading><content>On approval of the recommendations under subsection (c) by the Postmaster General and the applicable agency head, the Federal agency or appropriate landholding entity may work with the Postmaster General to establish appropriate terms of a lease for each postal property.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idf09ab69b-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s622/e\"><num value=\"e\">(e)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Rule of Construction</inline>.—</heading><content>Nothing in this section exceeds, modifies, or supplants any other Federal law relating to any competitive bidding process governing the leasing of postal property.</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"idf09ab69c-b211-11e9-9941-df2837ad0631\">(Added <ref href=\"/us/pl/114/318/s3/a\">Pub.
