KENNEDY CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"id38a82b28-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303\"><num value=\"6303\">§ 6303.</num><heading> Unlawful activities</heading><subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id38a82b29-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303/a\"><num value=\"a\">(a)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Displays and Solicitations</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>It is unlawful for anyone other than an authorized employee or concessionaire to carry out any of the following activities within the specified buildings and grounds:</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id38a82b2a-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303/a/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> Offer or expose any article for sale.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id38a82b2b-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303/a/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> Display any sign, placard, or other form of advertisement.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id38a82b2c-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303/a/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> Solicit alms, subscriptions, or contributions.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id38a82b2d-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Touching of, or Injuries to, Property</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>It is unlawful for anyone—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id38a82b2e-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> other than an authorized employee, to touch or handle objects of art or scientific or historical objects on exhibition within the specified buildings or grounds; or</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id38a82b2f-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s6303/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> to step or climb on, remove, or in any way injure any object of art, exhibit (including an exhibit animal), equipment, seat, wall, fountain, or other erection or architectural feature, or any tree, shrub, plant, or turf, within the specified buildings or grounds.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id38a82b30-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/107/217\">Pub.
